The engineers at WBR have created plans for bridges across Georgia from conceptual to final design.  Special skillsets include Accelerated Bridge Construction techniques (ABC), Bridge Widenings, Precast Concrete and Design by Owner truss bridges.

GDOT Prequalification: 

4.01(b) Minor Bridge Design 

Our engineers have performed or reviewed over 250 bridge hydraulic studies and preliminary bridge layouts for bridges across the country.  Past hydraulic studies performed by our engineers include costal bridges designed for hurricane storm tides, interstate bridges over major rivers, complex pier scour analysis, mega projects involving more than 10 bridges and a bridge over the lower Mississippi River with a drainage area of 1.2 MILLION Square Miles. 

Land development hydraulic studies include FEMA CLOMR/LOMR, LOMA local permit requirements, FEMA No-Rise certifications, Dam Breach Modeling and Emergency Action Plans.

The engineers at WBR have performed hydraulic studies for over 35 solar projects across the country, including some of the largest projects in the southeast. We are experts at identifying and mitigating flood risk for solar sites.  We have the experience to quickly navigate the FEMA approval process.
